Warranty Coverage Overview
The standard warranty period for Sinclair split air conditioning systems, SDV systems, chillers, and fan coil units is 3 years from the date of commissioning by a qualified professional installer.
When installation is completed by an authorised Sinclair Global Group (SGG) partner, selected systems may qualify for an extended 5-year warranty period. Professional installation is a required condition of warranty coverage. The installation confirmation section can be found on the product warranty card included with the indoor unit.
